Delivery Policy
For delivery address outside our delivery area, the order will be wired out.
wire out or local order have no additional fee to your order.
We reserve the right to decide whether an order will be
wired out or delivered locally. Local Order (Toronto, ON)
must be placed before 4pm for same day delivery. Otherwise it will be
delivered the next business day. We will attempt to accomodate deliveries
at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.

Same Day
For same day delivery to an Business Location, order must be place no later
then 11am for the deliver address Time Zone.
For same day delivery to an Residence Location, order must be place no later
then 3pm for the deliver address Time Zone.
If an order was placed after these time, we will attempt to arrange the driver
to deliver your order but there will be no guarantee. If delivery can not be
made we will deliver your order the next business day.

Next Business Day
If the date of the order is Friday, the next business day will be a Monday.
This only hold true if Monday is not a statuary Holiday. In these cases, the
next business day is Tuesday. If the recipient working hours are not during the
normal business hours (9-5pm), please indicate this in the special deliver
area. This will help process and delivery your order quicker as the driver
would be aware of this information before attempting to deliver your order.

Saturday Delivery Policy
For local delviery in the Toronto, ON area, order must be placed before 3pm
for us to guarantee same day deliery. Most florist are open on Saturday,
therefore orders placed before noon to any delivery location in Canada
or United States will be guarantee to be deliver for Saturday.

Sunday Delivery Policy
For local delviery in the Toronto, ON area, order must be placed before 3pm
for us to guarantee same day deliery. Most florist are not open on Sunday,
therefore order have to be arrange at least 4 days in advance for guarantee.
Some remote location in Canada or United State will not have a florist
that delivers on Sunday, so please be aware if this is the case the florist
will deliver the order either on Saturday or Monday. If this does happen we
will attempt to contact you regarding the delivery date.

Holiday Delivery Policy
For local delviery in the Toronto, ON area, order must be placed two days
in advance for us to guarantee deliery for that statuory Hoilday. Most florist
are not open on Statuory holiday,
therefore order have to be arrange at least 2 days in advance for guarantee.
Some remote location in Canada or United State will not have a florist
that delivers on statuory hOliday, so please be aware if this is the case the florist
will deliver the order a day before or a day after the statory holiday. If this does
happen we will attempt to contact you regarding the delivery date.

Valentine Delivery Policy
To guarantee delivery for Febuary 14, 2008 orders must be placed
before 4pm on Feburary 13, 2008. All order place after this time, we will
attempt to arrange a delivery but no guarantee. If delivery can not be made,
we will arrange the delivery for the next business day.

Confirmation of Delivery
Local delivery will be given a confirmation between 4-8 hours after the
delivery is made. All order status can be view online. During holidays,
update of delivery might be delayed to 24 hours. Please be considerate of
the large volume and the large demand of calls and order place.

Weather/ Road condition
Our local driver are constantly updated with weather condition. Therefore delivery
are usually done in a timely maner. If weather or road condition delays your order
you will be contact as soon as possible and a new delivery date will be
arrange.


Substitution Policy
Our designers will arrange your gift as similarly as possible to the product you have chosen. To ensure the delivery is made in a timely fashion substitution of the seasonal flowers may be made; the look and the style of the gift will be similar. If a single type of product is ordered, we will only substitute in colour, this will be mentioned in the product description. Tulips are seasonal and will be substituted with roses when tulips are not available. Sunflowers are seasonal too, and will be substituted with Gerber daisies. Roses are never substituted for a different flower.
